Exposing Technique: An aggregate in the concrete mix is exposed that gives beautiful finishing to the concrete slab. This is called exposed aggregate technique. This is done in three ways- sand blasting; chemical treatment; water pressure. This technique is used to create unique textured patterns.
Engraving Technique: Any pattern can be used for the new concrete slabs, but only engraving technique can bring aesthetic appeal to the old concrete lab without demolishing it. Engraving can be used to create complex patterns on the slab. After engraving, it is stained to give coloring appeal.
